Step 4 of our website is an application that allows clinicians and researchers to order intervention programs and products. When ordering these programs and products, you will be asked to provide us with your name, address, e-mail and phone number. We will use this information to mail you the CD-ROM. When inquiries are received by e-mail, the questions and the e-mail address of the sender are stored electronically to allow time for a response to be researched, written and sent. The personal information that we collect is used only by our organization. We do not disclose any personal information about visitors unless required to do so by law.
